Danette has been with Standale Interiors for almost 20 years. She started part-time in flooring and is now managing the flooring, window treatment departments.She and her husband have a son and daughter as well as two grandchildren.
Patty has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years. She was a rep for several years for a large flooring manufacturer, but loves working one-on-one with her clients putting together the finishing touches in flooring and interior design. She has been with Standale Interiors for over 15 years. She and her husband have two daughters and they all love hunting and have been on several Safari's.
Mari has been with Standale since 1991. She started in wall coverings and then moved into flooring sales. After taking time off to be a stay-at-home mom, she returned to work in the flooring office in 2010. She loves working at Standale. “It has always felt like home to me.” She and her husband Jeff have 3 kids who keep them busy.
Brent has been involved in the floor covering industry for almost 30 years. His 12 years as an installer gives him a unique perspective when helping his clients choose the right flooring for their home. Brent prides himself on providing an excellent installed product, as well as helping to coordinate color and design. He and his wife have three sons and a daughter.
Dawn started at Standale Lumber as a receptionist in 1978. She left to be a stay-at-home mom and returned to Standale Interiors in 1996. She has worked as a receptionist, assisted in the drapery departments and now works in the flooring office. She loves being able to help where needed in whatever way necessary. She and her husband have two daughters and are NO longer awaiting the arrival of a granddaughter. DAWN AND HER HUSBAND CLUTCH LOVE BEING GRANDPARNETS TO GRANDSON TEDDY. Every other year, they take a mission trip to Honduras.
Robin began working for Standale Interiors as a receptionist. When a position became available in the flooring department, Robin was excited to put her Interior Design degree (earned in 2006) to use. She loves helping her clients find just the right product to bring their vision for their home together.
Darci received her degree in Interior Design in 1999 and has been with Standale Interiors for over 15 years. She loves coordinating the entire package for her clients. She and her husband have twins – a boy and a girl – as well as an older son.
Michelle has been in the floor covering industry since 1997 and at Standale Interiors since 2012. It is her passion to work with clients and help them turn their decorating ideas into a reality within their home. She loves helping with design on any budget and projects from large to small. She has one son.
John has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. He has been involved in both retail and distribution as well as technical support. His focus now is retail and commercial sales for Standale Interiors. He and his wife have a son and daughter and four grandchildren.
Joel Bergren has been in the Construction, Remodeling and Interior Design industry for over 40 years. His experience and creativity are the tools that help bring a certain level of professionalism to everything he does. He is a Certified Kitchen Designer and has held a Michigan Builders License since 2006. He now uses his experience and creativity to market Standale Interiors to the West Michigan area.
Anneke has been in the home improvement industry for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in both kitchens and flooring. She has lived in Boston, California and North Carolina, but now calls Michigan her home. She has both an art and English degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. A busy wife and mom, she enjoys creating art, crafting and writing in her free time.
Sarah’s connection to Standale began over 20 years ago when her husband joined Standale Lumber. She later filled the position of receptionist and began helping out in the cabinety department. She now enjoys carrying out the administrative duties for the for the department and working closely with the designers, suppliers and customers. She and her husband have a son and a daughter.
Brinda Rasmussen has been in the building industry for 20 years. Her love of woodworking quickly turned into a career in kitchen and bath design. She enjoys working with people and having the opportunity to be creative. She prides herself on quality customer service and her dedication to making each project unique to each customer.
She as recently moved to the Grand Rapids area from a country setting in Oceana County and is enjoying all that the city has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, kayaking in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter.
After purchasing a crumbling farm house built in the 1800’s, Jane McCormick’s design evolution began with a visual tour de force at the age of 23-years-old. A four-year endeavor and testament of hope and optimism to finish. “I have a commitment to timeless style and enduring design, with a bit of psychology involved.” Specializing in Kitchen design, kitchens are the hub, the “central nervous system” in a home. It is where families begin and end their day. Form, function and focusing on life-style are vital details to every design.
In her leisure time, Jane enjoys spending time with her son, John. And an equestrian for many years, she enjoys riding horses in the Grand Rapids area.
Michele has had a passion for Interior Design since childhood. Drawing house plans and rearranging furniture was a favorite activity from an early age. Since moving to Grand Rapids in 1999, she has worked solely in the furniture, flooring, and kitchen and bath industry. When she has time to play, she enjoys woodworking and designing interiors, of course. She is married to a builder and they have three daughters.
Nancy Cooper, likes to say, "Let us put the lipstick on your project." Her 25+ years of designing window treatments will make your project a breeze. The days of white only are gone. We can match wall colors to add a softness to the hard window treatments or drapery fabrics in embroidered sheers or soft casement fabrics. We use a lot of faux silks and linens. Nancy can also design custom bedspreads and pillows for you.
Nancy's husband, Craig, is the Certified Hunter Douglas installer for Standale Interiors.
Deb attended GRCC for Interior Design. She has worked in draperies at Ann Marie’s, Johnson Carpet and now, Standale Interiors.
